We will file your claim even if your insurance provider is not on this list, but prior to making an appointment with us please check with your insurance company to verify if you have out-of-network benefits. Out-of-network patients may incur a higher co-payment for services. As the patient, you are ultimately responsible for verifying your coverage with your insurance carrier prior to being seen.
